Umesh operates Meera Tours while milking his cows on the field.  Why?  So he can make the paneer, Indian cheeses. Umesh is not only know tourism industry well, but also cooking. He used to own a restaurant with three chiefs.  With his knowledge of the region and cooking , Umesh knows many unmapped places and great recipes. For more than a decade, he has welcomed numerous visitors to experiences Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and he love to share his passion of cooking with others.
